You're probably a little apprehensive at this moment. That's okay! We understand how you feel. Being a little apprehensive means your sane, and it's normal. However, you're getting yourself into something that will be really hard, and you will be sore. Your exercise sessions are intense. Most of your workout time (not including warm up and cool down) are done in 20-minutes or less. It’s NAVY SEAL training! Don’t think you can get fit in that time-frame? Ask any NAVY SEAL! At first visit, make sure you bring a water bottle, a towel, wear comfortable workout clothes, and lastly, bring your 3-day recorded food log of everything you ate for the last 3-days. This is critical so we can help you with your diet (and we won't let you workout unless it's completed). You will have to upgrade your diet if you want to survive and thrive in our brand of fitness.
