“Partner Workout”

As Many Rounds As Possible in 24 minutes of:

20 Medicine Ball Sit-Up Tosses

20 Medicine Ball Lateral Tosses

20 Medicine Ball Toss Over Pull-Up Bar

20 Medicine Ball Russian Twist Tosses

*On the 6, 12, and 18 minute mark, both partners stop and perform 400 meter run with med ball. Switch ball as needed on your run.
